Welcome
Hi, I am Jessica. I am a licensed clinical social worker that specializes in working with teens and women who struggle with anxiety, depression, negative self worth and trauma. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and brainspotting. I aim to assist teens and adults manage anxiety, improve their communication skills, process trauma, manage depressive symptoms, build coping strategies, engage in attachment work, confront grief and more. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can experience self-growth and personal discovery.
I use a therapeutic approach that utilizes body and brain awareness that brings deep healing. Sometimes typical talk therapy cannot reach the deep levels of trauma we often carry in our bodies and the areas of the brain where trauma is stored. This somatic approach allows you to guide your own healing and is proven to be very effective. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for clients who are interested and meet medical criteria. I am partnered with prescribers who would help determined medical eligibility.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and empathetic. My clinical experience has allowed me to build the skills necessary to be able to sit with people during this most difficult times of their lives and help them find comfort and healing. I truly believe everyone has the ability to rise during difficult times, and that healing comes from within.
I am an out-of-network provider and can either bill your insurance on your behalf for reimbursement or provide superbills.
